Skiing stories competition
Whether you fancy yourself as an author, a comedian or a Lonely Planet contributor, we want to hear your skiing and snowboarding experiences, and so do other members!
We’ll feature as many contributions as we can in Ski+board and the best story of the winter season will win £100 M&S vouchers.
They could be entertaining or amusing anecdotes from your recent trip to the mountains, individual escapades and tales from years past, or simply something quite informative that other members will enjoy reading.
As members of a club it’s important for us to be able to share our experiences with each other, and of course others will be really interested to read them. We are a community after all!
To enter, email your article to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you can, please add photos – it makes it all the more entertaining or informative for the reader, and it might help your chances of winning the competition!
The email@example.com email address will continue to be used so your summer pursuits and next year’s holidays could make the magazine too, if you email us. We’d suggest anything up to 100–300 words per article but all shapes and sizes will be gladly accepted!
If you’re not a Ski Club member, that’s fine – send us your stories and we’ll feature them in the magazine if we can, and at the end of the season we’ll give a free Ski Club membership to our favourite.
We look forward to reading your stories and featuring a lot more member-written content in Ski+board.
