Which countries are included in the UK?
The following countries are included in our definition of the UK for delivery purposes: England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and all BFPO addresses. For deliveries to the Republic of Ireland, please see our Western Europe delivery rates.
Which countries are included in Western Europe?
The following countries are included in our definition of Western Europe: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland (Republic of), Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Vatican City State (Holy See), Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, San Marino.
How will it be delivered?
All items destined for a UK address will be dispatched by First Class post. Your order will arrive within 5 working days. All items destined for a Western European address will be dispatched by Airmail. Your order will arrive within 7-10 working days.
Please note: Delivery is by Royal Mail, therefore, although skiclub.co.uk always do our best to despatch goods promptly, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the postal system.
How much will it cost? (UK & Western Europe)
Each item is listed with its own delivery cost next to it, UK and Western Europe. If you order more than one item you are entitled to discounted delivery costs.
You pay the full delivery cost for the first unit of the most expensive item to post, then you pay a discounted price for all other items ordered. Hence the discount price applies to second and subsequent units of this item plus all units of all items with a lower full postage rate.
All prices shown include VAT (except books which are zero-rated for VAT purposes).
Delivery Restrictions
For orders to any countries not specified under UK or Western Europe, please contact the Ski Club’s merchandise department directly on 020 8410 2000 or email merchandise@skiclub.co.uk.
Lost & Missing Deliveries
If you have recently placed an order and you think the delivery of your item/items is overdue, you contact our merchandise department to check the status of your delivery.
- For deliveries within the UK using First Class post, please allow five working days for delivery.
- For deliveries to Western Europe, please allow 7 to 10 working days for delivery.
Despite our efforts, there can sometimes be unforeseen delays in delivery. It may be worthwhile contacting your local postal sorting office as it's possible they have already tried to deliver your package, but were unable to.
