Skiing with the School: Intro
School skiing trips are finally on a bit of a comeback. Back in the 1980’s over half a million school children went on a school trip but following changes in the law regarding when the school trips had to be taken, and the increasing fears of litigation, the market slumped. By the 1990s the number of kids going on school trips had dropped to just over 100,000.
Since then though the market has grown by a third and last season went up by 2.3%.
Skiing and snowboarding are great fun and good exercise. Snowsports nurture healthy competitiveness, determination and facilitate development of physical and mental stamina while having a laugh.
