Are you using the correct log on details?
Ski Club member
There are two ways Ski Club members can log on:
- You can still use your membership number as your username and your postcode as your password.
- Or you can log on with your email address as your username and a chosen password. If you haven't yet set up a password, you'll need to log on with your membership number and postcode, then add a password in the 'About you' section of 'Members Only'.
SkiTV subscriber
If you're in your final year of SkiTV subscription, log on with your email address as your username and your chosen password.

Registered Users
You can now register to skiclub.co.uk to gain access to more content and join in with some of our online community. It's free and simple to do. Log on with your email address and password.
If you'd like to access premium content on skiclub.co.uk and be a fully fledged part of our online community, you need to join the Ski Club.

Is the website not recognising your log on details?
If you have checked that you are using the correct log on details but the website still isn't logging you on, it could be an issue with the way your web browser is set up.
The log on system works with 'cookies' that remember that you're logged on as you move from page to page through the website. Your browser may not be set to accept cookies from this website. See our cookies page for more information about what cookies are and how to turn them on.
Are you a Ski Club member and don't have a password?
Your password is set as your postcode by default. Once you've logged on successfully you can add a separate password if you find that easier. Or you can email membership@skiclub.co.uk with your chosen password and they can add it for you.
Are you a non-member and don't have a password?
You don't need to log on to view content on skiclub.co.uk, but if you do you'll see a lot more! You can register for free online easily and simply. If you'd like to access premium content on skiclub.co.uk you need to join the Ski Club.

Don't want the website to remember your log on any more?
If you've asked the website to remember your log on and you don't want to log on automatically any more, simply un-tick the "Save logon" box next time you log on. When you close your web browser, it will forget your log on details and you won't log on automatically next time.
If you're using a Mac, you will also need to quit your web browser (click "Quit" on the browser's application menu). Next time you start it up, it will have forgotten your log on details.
(Remember that if you use several computers, you'll need to tell each one to remember you or forget you.)
