Last weekend, Chemmy Alcott added to her World Cup points score with two consecutive 28th places in the Downhill and SuperG in Lake Louise.
Despite recovering from a broken arm, Noel Baxter finished an encouraging 15th place in the Slalom round of the Nor-Am Championship, Colorado.
In the World Cup, the ladies will be competing in the Downhill, Slalom and Super G between 4th and 9th of December in Aspen.
The men hit the slopes for the Slalom and Giant Slalom in Austria from 8-9th December.
SNOWBOARD CROSS
Canadian born rider, James Foster is back to full fitness following surgery on a persistent shoulder injury and is concentrating on the 2010 Winter Olympics.
With a current World Cup standing of 51, Foster is the first British Snowboardcross rider to have qualified for the World Cup finals.
SKI CROSS
Former Australian World Cup Ski Cross athlete Sarah Sauvey, is representing Great Britain this season. She successfully changed her FIS nation to Great Britain during the summer, as both her parents are English and holders of British passports.
Ski Cross makes its Olympic debut at Vancouver in 2010 and bagging a medal is Sarah's ultimate goal.
MOGULS
Britiain's number one female moguls skier, Ellie Koyander, is set for an exciting season ahead. Having already spent 10 weeks training on the Mount Hood glacier in Oregon, and completing six weeks of pre-competition training, this season will see Ellie competing on the NorAm circuit, where she hopes to qualify for her first World Cup start place.
Great Britain Moguls athletes have also welcomed new team manager, Will Brannon.
