More resorts open over the weekend

Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Keystone in Colorado, Banff and Lake Louise in Canada, Levi in Finland and Passo Tonale in Italy all joined the fast growing list at the weekend.

Killington and Mammoth in the US and Bormio in Italy opened last week, whilst Geilo in Norway is open for skiing today (Monday) and Hemsedal is opening this Friday, 14th November.
Cervinia is enjoying particularly good conditions on the Plateau Rosa, after having notched up around 70cm last week and has opened ten lifts so far. Obergurgl in Austria has 50cm forecast for the coming week and is planning to open on 14th November.
The glacier resorts are all doing well, with Val Senales, Tignes, Zermatt, Saas Fee, Hintertux and Stubai enjoying great conditions. Many resorts in Austria, Switzerland and Italy are expecting heavy snow on Wednesday and Thursday, with some resorts forecast to receive 50cm of new snow. Keep checking our snow reports for updates.
