After fear they would not go ahead following the collapse of SnowsportGB, the British Land National Ski Championships 2010 will indeed take place from 28 March until 9 April in Ski Club rep resort Meribel.
The championships offer British ski racers at both junior and senior level the chance to prove their worth, battling it out against the clock on Meribel's Stade Olympic run for coveted titles.
Races will take place across the five alpine skiing disciplines and the event is a great chance to both cheer on emerging British talent such as Ski Club sponsored racer TJ Baldwin and watch world class racing from the likes of Olympian Chemmy Alcott.
A full event schedule can be found at www.britishalpinechamps.com and there is also information at www.fis-ski.com. The junior and senior races take place between 28 March and 5 April followed by the children's races from 6-9 April.
