Our Chalet Chalet Freshtracks is ours for the season and we're dedicated to providing the highest level of service. We have recruited experienced staff who will serve delicious food and provide first-class customer service throughout your stay. The rooms are comfortable and scattered throughout the chalet to ensure you have a quiet nights sleep. There's even a sauna available, giving you the chance to relax after a hard day of off-piste skiing.

The Resort
Flaine is a purpose-built resort and it was built for a reason - to access some of the best terrain Europe has to offer. The wide-open faces provide a variety of off-piste skiing for all levels of ability. It’s perfect for those who are just learning to ski off-piste, and for skiers who wish to improve on their limited experience - as, unlike other resorts, the off-piste is easily accessible by the lift system. The endless bowls and open powder fields are perfect for steadily improving your technique. And it wasn’t just the landscape that led to Flaine being built – the snow is excellent every single winter! Flaine receives generous snowfall and thanks to its predominantly north-facing runs, the snow sticks around.
The Instructors
What's the point in having a resort with brilliant terrain and consistently excellent snowfall if you don’t know what to do with it? That’s where our team of dedicated instructors come in - Yann, Diane and the team are back again this year to show you the ropes. This group of off-piste instructors have continued to receive such excellent feedback that we've decided to hog them for the whole winter. Head instructor, Yann, has been working with us for 16 years and continues to wow newcomers and impress members who chose to come back year after year. The team's aim is to make sure you get the most out of your week and they will guarantee that you improve your off-piste technique.
Our Leaders
Your Ski Club Leader will be on hand to help with any queries and will also be out on the slopes with you. They will be the ones who pick you up from the airport, and the ones who get you back on your feet after a powdery tumble!
