With the imposing north face of the Eiger looming over you, Wengen is arguably one of the most stunning places to ski in the Alps.

Accessible only by rail in the winter, Wengen's roads are mainly pedestrian pathways. The village is hugely popular with families, couples and tourists, drawn by the combination of classic architecture and a backdrop of views across and down the valley that makes Wengen one of the most beautiful Alpine villages in Switzerland.
