A few centimetres of snow fell on the glacier at Zermatt (210cm) on Wednesday 22nd May. Conditions up there are excellent at the moment and there’s lots more snow forecast for the coming weekend so this should improve further.
Saas Fee is currently closed and will reopen in June for the summer season.

Zermatt- fantastic.
Slopes, eating, pares, off piste, on piste, history, views. It has it all.
And Grampies.
But oh my the prices. I don't know if is poor value really. What you get is amazing, but it costs. I only mamage to go for long weekends. A week with a family would require serious dosh.
