Joining a small and busy team, this interesting role encompasses a varied range of tasks essential to the successful running and development of the holiday programme.
Scrupulous attention to detail is vital, as is specialist knowledge of off piste skiing and ski touring, climbing and trekking – particularly in the Alps. Our demanding client base requires the highest level of customer service. The ability to make effective decisions and demonstrate initiative whilst working to fixed deadlines is essential. English mother tongue preferred; additionally, French, German or Italian are very advantageous.



Creating and executing a first class holiday from start to finish:
• Ensure smooth operations of all holiday products including before during and after holidays focusing on the Mountain Tracks product.
• Management of booking numbers alongside sales team to ensure profitability of each trip


Key accountabilities

• In depth knowledge of product including resorts, skiable terrain, accommodation, travel options, mountain guides/instructors
• Anticipation of potential problems including weather and conditions and travel
• Regular liaison with suppliers from a wide range of countries - booking and confirming accommodation, travel and other services.
• Ensuring high after sales service levels including collating all relevant information for smooth running of holidays and liaising with sales team to ensure added extras bought and recorded in detailed and timely fashion.
• Creating and collating all final holiday information and travel documentation for customers and processing final balances.
• Collating all essential information for mountain guides and hoteliers.
• Contact for mountain guides while out on holiday to check in and assist with any issues.
• Collating post trip reports and client feedback – assess each holiday as to establish any issues or areas for improvement.
• Checking, recording and processing invoices, chasing where necessary
• Weekends and duty phone – some weekend work will be required including manning the duty phone on a rota basis.


• Experience in / knowledge of the ski/travel industry
• Language skills in any of French/German/Italian - Spoken and written
