A 15-minute bus ride down the valley from Ischgl, and worth a visit. Both the village and the slopes are family-oriented, and delightfully quiet compared with Ischgl. The village, with a couple of dozen hotels and guest-houses, sits on a shelf 100m above the valley floor. The slopes - served by an access gondola from the roadside and fast quads above it - offer plenty of variety, with several tough reds. Most of the slopes are open, but the run down the gondola offers some shelter for bad-weather days.
