Whether you are getting ready for your first ski or snowboard holiday or looking to go steeper and deeper the key to snowsport fitness is core stability, balance and flexibility.
These classes combine yoga sequences with functional movement to prepare for the season ahead to prevent injury, enhance endurance, improve performance and reduce that ache on morning 2!
No prior experience is necessary. All equipment provided.
Classes will take place at Flow-Dance in Oval on Wednesdays from November to March.
£10 per class
6 class passes for £55 which can be used for any of the above classes.
