The Welsh Alpine Championship 2018 will be held for the 12th year running at the Swiss resort of Champery/Les Crosets in the Portes du Soleil region.
The Championships consist of four days of competition with training facilities made available to clubs in resort in the build up to the championships.
FIS-CIT Races - 23rd & 24th January
The first two days of competition are FIS-CIT International events, these are for competitors holding FIS international race licences with their national governing body (British Ski & Snowboard in the case of GB competitors) and only competitors in the U18 category or older are eligible to participate in FIS races.
Welsh Alpine Champs BASS Races - 25th & 26th January
The last two days of competition are designated as our Welsh Alpine Championship days, these races are eligible for competitors registered with their home nation (or holding international licences for non GB competitors). Competitors in these races will fall into two main categories U10/U12 and U14 and older as specific races are run to suit the ages of the competitors.
