Les Angles is a small but charming stone village, complete with old church. The slopes are limited but relatively snow-sure and family-friendly. Les Angles offers high but mainly wooded slopes that cover a broad hillside. Most runs are short and intermediate; over half are classified red, but there is a good proportion of gentler terrain. There are nursery slopes at village level and at 1800m - reached by free ski-bus. Snow coverage is helped by over 360 snow-guns and there is a decent terrain park. 36km of cross-country and snowshoe trails are located in two areas either side of the Alpine skiing area. Font-Romeu is 16km away. Off-slope diversions are few, but dog sledding is possible and daily entertainment is organised at the foot of the slopes.
