Campiglio Dolomiti di Brenta Ski Area: Your Winter is here!

In Northern Italy, in Trentino region, set at 1550 mt a.s.l. between the rock towers of the Brenta Dolomites-Unesco World Heritage and the glaciers of Adamello-Presanella, Madonna di Campiglio is one of the most famous resorts in the Alps.

All the area is the paradise of winter sports. A modern system of quick lifts and funny slopes are located in the heart of the resorts. The visitor can ski from dawn to sunset, along 150 km of interconnected ski slopes in the Ski Area Campiglio Dolomiti di Brenta. 95% of the slopes have an artificial snow system. Skiers can choose among 100 pistes (45 blue, 37 red, 18 black) and more than 60 fast and state-of-the-art lifts, snowboarders among 4 snow parks, as the “Ursus Snow Park”, one of the best five ones in the Alps.

The ski area boasts some famous and challenge slopes. The most popular is the Canalone Miramonti run, where the historical and legendary Ski World Cup has been taking place since 1950. Save the date for this winter: on December 22 2016 Madonna di Campiglio will make another piece of the Alpine skiing history with the 63rd edition of Audi FIS Ski World Cup Men’s Night Slalom.

The youngest piste of the ski area is the Tulot Audi Quattro in Pinzolo, where the Vertical Race FISI competition 2017 is taking place on January 28. Not a challenging descent, but an international fight over the uprightness.

From the international events to royal ones: the magic atmosphere of the Habsburg Court lives again in February. The Habsburg Carnival (February 27 - March 3, 2017) celebrates the prestigious past of Madonna di Campiglio together with the Emperor Francesco Giuseppe, his wife Elisabetta of Austria (Empress Sisi), ladies and knights, parade, skiing in royal dress, royal fireworks and imperial torchlight processions.

Madonna di Campiglio is glamour, elegance, excellence, style and charm. 100% made in Italy.

Choose between an aperitivo and finger-food buffet or something with a bit more of a mountain slant, between pleasure in a cup at a historic chocolate shop or a nice cuppa in one of the many Alpine cafés. And again among prestigious boutiques with the most famous fashion brands of the world, artisan shops, antique galleries. If dancing and night life is what you enjoy, the elegant clubs of the resorts offer fun and good music for all.

Here food is passion and culture: the most famous chefs of the Dolomites (two are the 1 Michelin-star restaurants) perform the natural products of the mountain and the ingredients of the Italian cuisine making delicious foods that look like artworks. In the “Pearl of the Dolomites”, where there is the highest collection of five, four and four stars superior hotels in Trentino region, hospitality is the rallying cry.
