Whether you want to loosen up after working from home or want to build up your fitness for next season, there are a great selection of workouts from ski fitness experts!

Chemmy Alcott Ski Club Workouts

Ski Club Honorary President and Ski Sunday Presenter Chemmy Alcott has been providing useful workouts from the Alps in between her shoots for the BBC for Ski Club. Ski Club members also participated in live Zoom classes during the summer with the former Olympic ski racer too. All of Chemmy’s Ski Club workouts are available on the Ski Club YouTube channel! 

VC Ski Fitness

Former World Cup ski racer Cara Brown and top functional fitness trainer Vivian Fonseca have teamed up to create a fitness company specifically for skiing. The dynamic duo bring a mixture of high-level ski knowledge and health experience that will set you up perfectly for the slopes. Ski Club members had a free taster session over Zoom which had great feedback. Find out more and how you can get a discount here.  

YogaTonic UK


Ski Club members Tim and Shannon Phillis have created a Yoga company based in Cookham called YogaTonic UK. Both are qualified yoga instructors and have blended their love of skiing with yoga to create some awesome online classes. Ski Club Members were treated to a fantastic taster session and Members can use a discount here.

Laurence Willows Athlete Home workout 


GB Ski cross racer Laurence Willows put Ski Club social media followers through their paces with his athlete workout. Willows’ exercises focused on working on your core which is essential for any skier trying to achieve balanced carves on the slopes.  

Jaz Taylor Athlete Home Workout 


GB Telemark queen Jaz Taylor is one of the best in the world at Telemark skiing. So, it was an absolute treat to get some training insight from someone at the top of their game. Jaz provided some photo-based exercises you can follow for future workouts.   

Reece Bell Athlete Workout 


GB Alpine Ski racer Reece Bell showed that you need diversity in your training to accomplish different skill sets. It’s also a great way to keep things interesting whilst you work on your fitness. Our favourite is Llama trekking!
