WHAT THEY SAY: "The SCOTT LCG is our signature goggle. Featuring SCOTT's award-winning Lens Change Slider system, the SCOTT LCG raised the bar of performance and innovation. The interchangeable lens and fit systems allow skiers to fully adapt their vision. Thanks to the LCG and its portable low-profile molded lens case, you can now quickly and confidently adjust to whatever the mountain throws at you."

WHAT ALF SAYS: The LCG is Scott’s ‘signature’ goggle, with ‘LCG’ referring to Scott’s easy-to-use, award-winning Lens Change Slider System, which allows you to quickly change the lens by sliding a catch on the right side of the goggles up to remove the lens, and sliding/clicking it back down to install the replacement.

You can do this without touching the lens surface so you won’t get fingermarks all over it, and the LCG comes with a spare lens which is stored in an innovative low-profile hardshell case so you can comfortably carry it inside your jacket pocket. But the main lens is light sensitive, so you won’t need to change it too often anyway.

The LCG also has a unique four-position adjustable frame, with adjustment being made via two small screws at the base of the frame. Add to this a low profile and super-soft three-layer face foam and you’re pretty much guaranteed a comfortable fit with these excellent goggles.

Features such as anti-fog treatment, venting, and helmet-compatible silicone-backed strap come as standard of course, along with great looks, all making for one of the best and most versatile goggles I’ve seen this season.

FOR: Versatile, innovative

AGAINST: Quite pricey
