How do the O'Neill Jones Sync Pants measure up to scrutiny? Find out in our latest review
This Sync Pant comes with a female-specific cut (there’s a male version too), and for some reason far fewer pockets than the men’s Sync. In fact, there are only two zipped handwarmer pockets whereas the men get five!
Weatherproofing is good with fully-taped seams, 20k protection and breathability plus nano-DWR applied to the outers so that water/snow beads off. Four-way stretch fabric ensures the relatively slim cut isn’t restrictive, and a soft brushed lining keeps your legs nice and warm. The Sync comes with a Recco reflector for added safety.
On warmer days there are zips on the inner legs for venting. These have a mesh backing with contrasting colourways and the reinforced hems are adjustable, underneath which is a boot gaiter with hook to make sure all that pow stays on the outside.
FOR Very comfy, all the essential features, good price.
AGAINST Why so few pockets?
