Each trip is tailored to specific skill levels and age groups so that the time on the slopes can be maximised for different types of skiers. Single trips are a great social occasion on and off the slopes and a fantastic opportunity to meet fellow mountain enthusiasts.

Wengen Fun

Holiday date: 9^th-16^th January 2019

Ski Level: Red Silver On Piste

Days skiing: Six days

Head into 2019 on a Swiss getaway to one of the most famous ski resorts in the world, Wengen. Explore up to 206km of piste around the Jungfrau region, with a variety of terrain that suits many levels of skier, with one of our dedicated Ski Club Leaders who will take you to the best places to ski in the area.

The resort is steeped in history! The famous British Downhill Only Club was formed in Wengen and it is also home to the incredible Lauberhorn World Cup Downhill track. Take in the Swiss culture in the pristine mountain village. When you’re having lunch on the mountain experience some of the finest Swiss alpine cuisine around.

On this trip, you will be staying in the marvellous 4* Sunstar Hotel. Let your hair down in the tranquil wellness centre complete with a swimming pool; a perfect place to unwind after a day on the slopes. The Sunstar also has a piano bar where you can enjoy a drink whilst talking to your group about the day’s skiing. Half boarding means you have breakfast and dinner provided by the hotel each day during your visit, yum!

Discover one of the leading freeride resorts in Europe! Engelberg is an off piste playground for those who love to hunt fresh powder. Take on the spectacular descents such as the Laub, Steinberg and Galtiberg with a top class mountain guide who has expert local knowledge of the mountain.

The Galtiberg route accesses glaciers, powder fields and couloirs, making it one of the most action pact routes you can do in Switzerland. Towards the bottom of the valley marvel at the spectacular rock buttresses and frozen waterfalls, before you reach the picturesque village of Engelberg.

For a small village, Engelberg has plenty of bars that have an excellent apres atmosphere. On this trip, you will be staying at Hotel Terrace which is on a hill overlooking the village, perfect for admiring the stunning view. Adventurous Powder, Flaine

Ski Level: Silver Purple Off Piste

Admire one of the biggest ski areas in the world, the Grand Massif! Not only does this area have 265km of piste but it’s also an incredible place to hit some off piste too. This trip is perfect for intermediate and advanced off piste skiers ready to take on some challenging terrain. Learn from a highly trained local instructor on how to make dreamy powder carves.

The instructors will put you through your paces by taking you on tree runs, couloirs and wide open powder fields, to progress your off piste skills.  Feedback from the instructor is invaluable and will finesse your skiing for future off piste trips.

The resort itself isn’t the most visually attractive but offers many different bars and shops that you can explore during your downtime off the mountain. Enjoy our very own Freshtracks Chalets located in Hameu, Flaine, with breakfast, afternoon tea and a three-course meal all included. On the chalet day off there will be a group meal organised in a local restaurant, a great chance to taste the French cuisine!

Grindelwald ski weekend

Grindelwald is your classic Swiss Mountain village with a dominating mountain landscape and amazing railway line tracking through. It’s a great place to just relax and admire the scenery. As for the skiing, there’s 206km of piste to explore with our knowledgeable Ski Club Leader, who will take you around the best spots in the Jungfrau area.

The village is a peaceful retreat with friendly locals who enjoy hosting visitors from around the world. Grindelwald is well linked to neighbouring Wengen and Murren, so there’s plenty to see both on and off the slopes. If you get a chance, take the train to the top of the famous Jungfraujoch station, where you will find unbelievable views of the surrounding mountains.

During your time in resort, you will stay at the 4* Sunstar Alpine Hotel that is located on top of the wall looking over the beautiful village of Grindelwald. The accommodation has a relaxing wellness area with an indoor pool, as well as a steamroom, perfect after a long day skiing. Or if you prefer something a bit sportier in your downtime there’s a tennis court available too!

Les Deux Alpes On Piste Instruction

Holiday date: 10^th – 17^th March 2019

Develop your ski skills to the max with ski coach Alex Chapman on our Deux Alpes On Piste Instruction trip. Learn the art of smooth carve turns on the vast amounts of pistes Les Deux Alpes has to offer. The resort has 220km of on piste terrain and has a high elevation altitude of 3,600m, making it a very snowsure resort.

The village itself has two streets with a one-way system, packed with many hotels bars and shops to explore once you’ve finished skiing for the day. There’s a nice buzz to the town during the evening. Ski Club Members stay in Mark Warner’s Chalet-hotel Berangere, with a perfect ski in ski out location. After a long day on the slopes enjoy the sauna, steam room and heated indoor pool the accommodation has to offer.
