Canadian skiing offers a radically different experience from much of Europe, and in many ways even improves on its American neighbours. Time and again, you will hear people talk about the friendliness of the locals – and it’s no exaggeration. Everyone you meet will be impeccably mannered, and all service comes with a genuine smile.
Holiday price includes: 12 nights B&B, 6 nights 3*, 6 nights 4*, set coach transfers, Ski Club Leaders
Lift price information: 10 day lift pass is approximately - £450 (adult) & £370 (65-79)

With your Ski Club Leader, you will spend five days exploring the resorts of Banff: Norquay, Sunshine Village and Lake Louise. Take the beautiful Icefield Parkway to Jasper, where you will have five days to ski the varied terrain of Marmot Basin.

The first thing to be aware of is that Banff itself is not a resort, but rather the town that gives access to the three ski areas situated within the majestic Banff National Park. These resorts offer more than 300 trails and an average seasonal snowfall of 9m. Banff town is a lively town, with winter actually being the off season. Still, expect a bustling main street, a wide array of restaurants and bars as well as plenty to keep you entertained.
Marmot Basin offers terrain both above and below the treeline, giving it a huge variety of terrain for a single mountain. Expect to ski open alpine bowls, chutes, trees bumps and cliffs for those who want the challenge. Breath-taking views await you as you ride the chairs up the mountain, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.  Given the remote setting, the runs also tend to be wonderfully uncrowded, even by Canadian standards.

In Banff you’ll spend 6 nights at the Banff Park Lodge, a quiet location with access to the lively downtown area of Banff, and close to the three local Ski Resorts of Lake Louise, Sunshine Village & Mt. Norquay.
The Crimson Hotel is centrally located in the town of Jasper, a historic trading outpost that feels wonderfully trapped in time. On a quiet evening, it’s quite likely you will spot more elk than people wandering the streets.
