Sandwiched between Val Thorens and Courchevel, Méribel Mottaret sits in the heart of the biggest ski area in the world, Les Trois Vallées. Over 600km of pistes and countless backcountry zones keep all types of skier occupied for seasons on end. Mottaret sits at the top of the Méribel valley with a massive variety of on and off piste terrain.
This trip will help you improve your skiing on both the on and off piste terrain.
Staying in the area’s central valley allows for easy access to the entire area, and Méribel’s continued development of their lift system means that it’s never been quicker to reach every corner of the piste map. With so much terrain on offer, it’s no surprise that skiers return to Les Trois Vallées season after season.
Mottaret itself is smaller and quieter than the main centre, and is just a short ski from the main Méribel meeting points. Most of the pistes converge at the foot of the Plattières gondola where you will find spots to enjoy a drink and share stories of the day, wherever on the mountain you have spent it.
