ON SNOW EXPERIENCE
During this trip, you’ll spend two days skiing with instructors to help you improve your on piste skills, and four days social skiing with your group of fellow under 39s. This trip is aimed at Advanced Intermediate (Silver) and Advanced (Purple) on piste skiers. If you are unsure of your ski level, please see our Ski Profile Page. At the end of the week, you’ll receive an updated grading from your instructor or Ski Club Rep.
You’ll be staying in the stylish Base Camp Lodge in Bourg-Saint-Maurice, just a short walk from the funicular which takes you to the Les Arcs Paradiski area. The stay is on a half board basis for the 7 nights and you’ll be in twin share accommodation. The ‘BC7’ restaurant bar and lounge in the hotel is where you can relax and unwind after a day on the mountain, and serves as a live music venue on a weekly schedule.
As rail journeys reduce carbon emissions and pollution by 70-90% you’ll be travelling by Eurostar direct from St Pancras to Bourg-Saint-Maurice.
Les Arcs is perched on the edge of the largest skiable valley in the world and the resort boasts some of the best views in the Alps. With an abundance of bars and restaurants, there is plenty of opportunity to kick back after a hard day of carving up the mountain. The Les Arcs après scene focuses on the legendary L’Arpette Restaurant, which is packed as the lifts close – it has to have one of the finest sunset views anywhere in the Alps. For more information on Les Arcs, please visit the Les Arcs Resort Guide.
Ski Club members receive up to a 20% discount on ski hire at Skiset and up to 60% when pre-booked online. Please see our discount page for further information.
