This weekend trip will be heading to the beautiful Trysil, Norway. The volcano-shaped Trysil Mountain has miles of slopes with never-ending and contrasting terrain. On piste and off, Norway’s ski pedigree is effervescent, just like the Northern lights which Freshtrackers often catch a glimpse of. Cross your fingers and hope for a front row seat to the greatest light show on earth!

Holiday price includes: 4 nights half board, 4* hotel, twin share room, return set transfers, 4 days social skiing
Lift price information: Adult 3 day weekend pass is NOK1,264 (£117.25)

ON SNOW EXPERIENCE

You will spend four days exploring the best of what Trysil has to offer with your fellow Freshtrackers and Ski Club Rep. Cruise the beautiful tree-lined pistes in Noway’s largest ski resort. Enjoy 360 degree skiing around the fjell, which offers varied terrain that is always immaculately groomed. This trip is aimed at Intermediate (Red) to Advanced Intermediate (Silver) piste skiers. Please take a look at our Ski Profile guide to see what type of skier you are.

ACCOMMODATION

You will be staying in the 4* Radisson Blu Resort for four nights on a half board basis in twin share accommodation. The hotel is ideally located by the main ski lifts and boasts four swimming pools, a Finnish sauna and a Turkish steam room. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a long day exploring the Trysilfjellet.

TRAVEL

This holiday includes set transfers to meet BA768/BA769 from London Heathrow to Oslo. Your Ski Club Rep will coordinate the coach transfer from Oslo airport, so please look out for them in the main arrivals hall; they will be wearing their blue Ski Club jacket. The transfer will take roughly two and a half hours.

RESORT

Trysil is an extensive area, spread around the conical Trysilfjellet mountain, giving you almost 360 degree skiing. It is more of a family oriented resort, with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. There are plenty of bars and restaurants to relax in after a long ski and as with many Norwegian resorts, there's a fantastic array of off slope activities to keep you busy once the lifts close. For more information head to our in depth Trysil Resort Guide.

EQUIPMENT

The nearest ski rental is Trysil Skiutleie Turistsenter. This is located about 250m from the hotel.
