They say

With the addition of two Titanal plates, this ski has evolved into a real beast. The new Orb has great pop and is full of life.

We say

The Orb gives out an exceptionally smooth ride. The flex and sidecut are really well judged, and the ski as a whole feels supremely well balanced. Like all the Black Crows skis we tested this feels like a quality piece of kit, which will last the test of time, the level of quality is very high. It has great stability at speed both on and off piste and resoundingly achieves the challenge of feeling floaty and playful in powder, while still being quick and reactive on the piste. This is a fantastic ski, which works brilliantly in all conditions, awesome!

Weaknesses

Hard to fault.

Strengths

Has no weaknesses in any conditions, surprisingly punchy in short turns. Feels super high quality.
