They say

With the heart of a high performance carving machine and effortless freeride feel, the new women’s Temptation 84 is the all-mountain benchmark for expert to advanced skiers.

We say

Behind the temptation is all the firepower of Rossignol, and it show in its on piste performance. On the groomers it feels very grippy, with great stability right up to high speeds. The sidecut is super reactive and really gives a lot back when tilted onto the edge. It also feels easy to use, with the ability to pivot and change direction through the arc when needed. In deeper, off piste conditions it still feels good, with strong stability when powering through crud and chop, it also works well in powder, but needs to be lighter and floatier to be truly playful. Great all round ski!

Strengths

A great performance ski, super reactive, fun to ski on-piste .

Weaknesses

Can feel over-dampened at times, could have a quicker response.

Testers comments

All round a solid ski, enjoyable to be on. Turn really well on the piste, just a little heavy. (Bella Seel)

Easy to ski and play. Good on and off piste, great stability for initiating the turn and creating angles. (Eilidh McCloud)
