We say

The ARV has a soft flex and a centre-mounted binding placement. This makes it easy to manoeuvre - fun and playful for general all-round skiing. It’s also one of the fattest skis tested in this group, which gives it plenty of flotation in deep conditions. At higher speeds on the piste, with lots of edge tilt, it starts to lose grip because of the soft flex. For high-speed performance skiing, it felt out of its depth.

Tester Comments

Al Morgan
Feels way more freestyle than all-mountain
Roddy Willis
ery easy to over-pressure; not much edge-grip due to super softness and low torsional rigidity
