The Blackeye has new graphics, but continues with the same shape and construction from last winter. On the groomed runs it feels rock solid, and is particularly strong at carving out long, fast turns. Although it has a very high level of edge-hold, the adaptive camber makes entry and exit in the turn smooth and easy. Away from the marked runs, it feels more catchy and nervous. It has a wide enough platform to manage deeper snow, but overall feels way more comfortable on piste.
