The new Active has a moderate tip and tail rocker to aid maneuverability matched up to the Fluid binding plate which allows free flexing of the ski. We were astonished that Dynastar could deliver such a high level of performance at this sort of price. The Active is easy and forgiving to ski at slow to medium speeds and would give any progressing skier lots of confidence. The real impressive aspect of its performance is that when moving up to higher speeds it has huge levels of grip and feels very stable, without having an intimidating heavy duty ‘race feel’ to it. This is a superb ski, which delivers a large breadth of quality performance at a great price.
