We say

The new Watea uses an early rise tip, rocker through the tail and retains the powder hull construction. Unfortunately we could only test on a length that was quite short in comparison to other skis we tried within this group, however the new Watea acquitted itself well. The tip does a particularly good job in rising up quickly and then allow the ski to change direction with ease. You can actually feel the shape of it help in steering the front of the ski through deep powder. In general it felt playful, floaty and effortless to use in deeper conditions. At higher speeds it felt quite soft, but overall an easy to use, fun ski.

Easy to use, tip helps with flotation and also works well for steering into the turn

Playful, plenty of control in deeper snow
