The S3 is a narrower version of its big brother the S7, the shape is pretty radical with a wide ‘spoon’ tip and rockered tip and tail. Under the main part of the ski it uses traditional camber to maintain control. The shape on the S3 works really well in variable snow conditions, crud, crust, in fact any tricky conditions. It feels incredibly easy to adjust your turn shape, which can be a great feeling in demanding conditions. This would give any skier confidence that they are in charge of their direction. While it is incredibly easy to pivot and steer, it also has lots of float which makes it great fun in the powder. On harder snow it’s quite skiddy.

I skied it hard in tricky snow and found it to be playful and forgiving

This is the perfect entry level off piste ski, lightweight and easy to pivot and turn
