With a 250mm rockered tip and traditional camber underfoot, the new construction uses a 3D metal sandwich, wood core and titanal reinforcement to add toughness. In spite of this, the ski feels quite light, and it’s another good option for a little touring. Its light weight makes it easier to stay on the surface in deeper conditions, and it pivots without much effort. But with its cap design, it does feel as though it needs something extra to smooth out the flex and give it more sensitive contact with the snow. It’s easy and light, but needs more life and feedback in variable conditions

Light and quite easy to use. You can really feel the cap. Could be smoother

Good in powder, but feels a bit lifeless in anything else
