The Koa feels like more of an entry-level ski compared with many other skis in this group: light on the feet, and very easy to use. Pivoting and steering requires low physical effort which means it feels well suited to making short turns. At higher speeds, it wasn't so reactive or stable and definitely felt more comfortable at a more sedate pace.

Tester Comments

Rowena Phillips
A good low-level all rounder, and holds an edge well at lower speeds
Amanda Pirie
Forgiving for women who ski at slow speeds and don’t want too strong a reaction
