With a huge amount of input from pro rider Seth Morrison the new Sidesteth uses a stiffer tail with slightly less rocker to improve hard snow performance and make it more versatile. The raised kick tail also allows it to be more forgiving in couloirs. The Sidesteth is a very well balanced big mountain ski. The flex and shape are well judged in that it gives a great mix of ability at high speeds, while being easy to use at a slower pace. One of the stand out characteristics is that it’s so versatile for a ski that is setup for big mountain riding. It pivots and smears with no effort in tricky terrain, trees and gullies are easy to handle. However once it’s unleashed on a big face it still manages to feel stable and rock solid underfoot.

Pretty stable, easy to adjust. Really solid on landings

Versatility and ease of use. Turns when you want it to, but holds well at high speed
