They say

The new Allura uses tip rocker and uses Volkl’s ‘Bio-logic’ geometry which matches the skis shape and construction to a women’s morphology. It also uses the Motion binding interface system which allows the ski to flex free of hindrance from the binding.

We say

The Allura feels really well suited to short turns, the front of the ski loves driving into the turn with the edge of the ski making a quick engagement to get the turn started. For its width it also feels quick from edge to edge and generally has a lively character. On steep terrain this liveliness and speed onto the edge makes it feel easy to handle on harder terrain. . In longer turns it didn’t feel so stable, but still can deliver provide impressive edge grip.

Good grip on steeper terrain, but felt too eager on long turns
