They say

The TSTw uses a cap construction over the tip and tail, with rocker in the tip, and a classic sidewall underfoot. This enables the ski to have a low swing weight, making it easy to turn while creating strong grip when needed.

We say

Among the women’s skis we tested, this was one of the fattest. It’s good to see this, because many women are looking to get something very focused on powder skiing. As expected, with the width and very pronounced rocker, the TSTw works really well in deep snow. It floats up very easily, while being easy to pivot and to make quick adjustments if needed. On the piste, it performs surprisingly well in longer turns, holding an edge well, but it’s more tricky when going for shorter turns.

Tester Comments

Rowena Phillips
Great in deeper powder, but in variable, cruddy conditions it was a little too much. More freeride orientated than most skis in this category
