They say

The Century is a brand new ski for 2015. It uses a Step Down Sidewall to give strong grip on the piste and in harder conditions, while the 102mm underfoot, light core and rockered tip and tail help make it perfect for powder.

We say

This is a freeride ski which for its width is very strong on the piste. Edge hold is rock solid while the construction of the ski feels stiff enough to cope with higher speeds and harder snow. Moving onto conditions away from the piste it still feels like a ski which is comfortable at speed, with good stability and is generally pretty solid underfoot. Compared to other skis in this category the shovel of the ski doesn’t take charge quite as much, it floats up, but with less of a steering hold over the ski. Overall this is a solid, go anywhere ski which suits skiers who want to ski all mountain.

Tester Comments

Steph Ede
Stiff, great on piste, grippy in short and long turns, not flappy. I liked this ski, it was simple, no quirks and straightforward to ski.
Lynn Mill
A bit heavy underfoot, if the tip was stiffer it would engage quicker, however this is a general all round ski that would suit most types of skier.
