They say

This is the premium model out of Atomic's Nomad series. It uses a stepdown sidewall to give optimum grip on hard snow while the ARC technology directs pressure through one central location under the binding to allow the ski to be easily loaded up in fast turns.

We say

As a piste performance ski the Temper is very easy to use. The lightweight is always making itself felt, with it being super easy to direct while the rockered tip makes it effortless for turn initiation. It has strong grip directly underfoot and definitely feels at its best for medium carved turns, for this sort of skiing, it’s ace! In shorter turns the tip doesn’t engage as much as is needed for race like performance, and in fast longs, the lightweight starts to work against it. But overall, this is a brilliant, accessible, easy to use piste ski that loves medium arcs.
