They say

This ski has now become a benchmark, winning many accolades over previous years. This winter sees a new top sheet while continuing with 'Flipcore' technology which takes the core construction and turns it over so that the ski to has a natural rocker to help with dampening and stability.

We say

This is still a beautiful, smooth ski that feels fantastic for big, fast arcs. It's very solid underfoot and is quite a powerhouse of a ski, the profile and strong construction underfoot definitely gives it punch through the turns. For high speed blasting in the crud, it's a very difficult ski to beat, it makes any difficult conditions smooth and easy to handle. In deeper, backcountry conditions the well-judged rocker and flex allows it to float up with ease and make quick adjustments through the turn. The Cochise is a fantastic ski which would suit strong, technically accurate skiers.

Tester Comments

Derek Chandler
One of the best skis in the range, but needs to be skied well. Those who can handle it will love it.
Pete Davison
A well-constructed solid ski that grips well on the piste and blast through the deep with ease. The rocker makes them easy to pivot and smear turns yet grip well on the edge.
