They say

The Soulmate is designed to be quick and solid on the groomers while maintaining plenty of float in soft snow. It uses a wood core, early rise tip and a capped sidewall.

We say

This is another ski that feels fun and playful to use, they are very easy to maneuver with the rockered tip doing a great job of making it easy to initiate the turn and instantly redirect. That fat 90mm underfoot also really helps in giving the ski some quick, easy float as soon as it gets moving. On the groomed runs it feels quite grippy on the edge in short turns, but the wider waist does mean it takes more time to get on the edge. In longer faster turns the tip felt less secure and had an effect on stability through the turn. Overall, this is a cool looking ski, which would work well for skiers who are mainly cruising around off trail, for serious on piste performance strong skiers would need something more powerful.

Fun and playful in bumpy crud and easy to manoeuver, good grip in short turns on the piste.

Love the graphics, but the ski felt a bit dull for me.
