They say

White Doctor has a really simple design ethos, they go for classic sandwich constructions with the finest wood cores, with no added gadgetry. The FT8 is the most powerful out of the range and uses Carbon Fibre reinforcement to the core to give strength and light weight.

We say

As with all the white Doctors we tested the FT8’s feel like a quality item. They have a classy, well damped ride that instantly gives you confidence. Tip them on the edge and you get rewarded with strong edge grip and good reaction in any turn shape. Stability at speed can’t be faulted and overall it’s a well balanced, smooth ski that seems to hit the target for carved turns on the piste. The rockered tip is quite noticeable and while definitely helping with turn initiation it lacks the full contact we experienced on more powerful models in this category. Overall, a strong ski, which is hard to fault.
