They say

Nordica’s Santa Ana all mountain women’s ski features the new Balsa core technology designed exclusively for women. It provides a strong damp, metal like feeling, but is lightweight for reducing fatigue.

We say

This is a ski, which loves powder! It has a beautiful release out of the turn, which makes it easy to be balanced on the entry into the new direction change. In these types of conditions, it’s a lovely ski to ride big turns. In this type of turn shape it really excels, with great stability at speed. In shorter turns it doesn’t feel particularly agile, being slower from edge to edge and feeling quite heavy underfoot. On the piste it can cope with the terrain and works well for long turns, but there’s no doubt its at its best for long turns in deep powder.

Annabel Seel
Lively in the powder but struggled in the quicker turns and on piste
Lynn Sharp
Would be a great big mountain ski, it has great stability at speed on big open faces. Too heavy and unresponsive for short turns
