They say

Unrivaled directional versatility for the adventure skier, the Q98 is stable, responsive and ready to charge any terrain in or out of bounds.

We say

The Q is a great looking ski with the Honeycomb tip being particularly striking. Underfoot its quite a solid ski, with the strong power making itself felt more directly through the middle of the ski while the light tip helps redirection of the turn and riding over powder and crud. When charging at high speeds the support directly under the foot feels unburstable. The ski has the binding mount fairly center mounted, this seemed to block the ability of the ski to naturally flex while the extra length through the tail made it trickier to finish the turn.

Tester Comments

Derek Chandler
Centre mounted, heavy binding. Looks awesome but felt heavy and cumbersome
Mike Barker
Lightweight ski with honeycomb construction. Binding mounting point blocks the central flex on the ski
