K2 Talkback 96 - 2017

This all condition backcountry ski is light enough for long slogs up and confident enough to paint the white canvas back down.

This ski was a firm hit with the test team, all agreed it looked super cool and it had the performance to match! The Talkback was really comfortable for making smooth, round arcs. In these type of turns when you stand on the edge it feels really well balanced, with a sidecut that naturally steers through a nice curve. In off piste it was effortless to move from one turn to the next, while having plenty of float and a smooth ride. On piste it skied well for a ski of this type but didn’t feel rock solid when going for high speeds on hard snow.
