They say

The Line women’s Soulmate 86 has a streamlined profile and symmetric flex that delivers flawless edge to edge connection all over the mountain.

We say

The Soulmate feels like a friendly, easy to use ski that is accessible for lower level skiers. On the piste their light weight makes them easy to steer and they can work in any turn shape, grip levels are good but not up to the high levels of some of the more expensive options available out there. Moving into variable off piste conditions the Soulmates feel more at home with the wide platform and easy rocker making them great fun, particularly at slower speeds. Both on and off piste when ramped up to higher speeds and bigger edge angles they feel less stable and confident, but this is a reflection of their price point.

Tester Comments

Rowena Phillips
A very cruisy ski that excels at medium speeds, relatively easy to ski in longs and shorts
Bella Seel
Fairly happy in the cut up snow. Worked well and smooth in slow to medium speeds
