They say

A modern, frontside ski with precise edge control, high speed stability and nimble handling. The RX easily handles all frontside variables.

We say

This is an extremely powerful high performance ski! It essentially has the construction of a full race ski combined with a tight slalom sidecut . The levels of grip are limitless, with ski feeling stronger as the snow conditions and speed build. As expected in small to medium arcs on hardpack it’s unbelievably powerful, with the skiers strength being the weak link rather than the ski. With 66mm underfoot it is lightening quick from edge to edge and constantly wants to drive into a new arc. Downsides are the price, while lower level skiers will find the performance overwhelming.

Tester Comments

Al Morgan
Punchy, reactive in short turns. Nice and quick to roll from turn to turn
John Taylor
Huge edge hold, smooth flex. Basically a slalom ski, so great on the piste but limited compared to other skis on the test
