They say

The QST Lux 92 blends terrain adaptation, energy and a smooth ride. Built on a spaceframe construction with full woodcore, it balances piste power and soft snow flotation.

We say

The overall feeling from the team was that the new QST gave a fantastic performance for its price. The shape and construction creates a ski which is fun and exciting to ski, feeling really strong and stable on the piste while also being fun and easy to smear in the powder. As is pretty standard with all Salomon skis, it’s an easy ski to use, feeling like any level of skier can jump on it and immediately feel comfortable. The upside of the narrower platform of 92mm it feels pretty reactive in short turns on hardpack, but the downside is that some skiers will feel they need more instant float in the pow.

Tester Comments

Tess Swallow
Great ski, stiff enough to give you a good reaction, but light enough to play around on
Lynn Mill
The ski holds the piste well and produces lively turns, however it also comes alive off piste
