They say

The Icon 89 is a ski with a double rocker. Predominately intended for powder and off piste, this ski is versatile enough to come back on piste.

We say

The Icon is a light, soft flexing ski that feels very easy to use. The tip and tail have a light touch on the surface and this makes the ski exceptionally easy to pivot and steer, particularly at slower speeds. These characteristics means that it’s a ski which can help get you through tricky terrain and tight spots without feeling that you have to work hard to haul it into the new direction, it’s a very maneuverable ski that always feels like its on your side. This ease of use works really well to skiers who are a bit more cautious, while more confident, powerful skiers will be searching for a stronger construction to give higher levels of stability and grip at high speeds.

Tester Comments

Eilidh McLeod
Ski works well for ease of use for lower level skiers. Very light through the tip and tail and easy to steer both on and off piste. Structure does not allow for edge grip at greater angles.
Hannah Luke
These would be a really fun pair of skis for an intermediate skier who wants to go off piste as they are easy to handle and playful.
