They say

The most innovative, popular, and playful freeride ski in the world. The Soul 7 HD blends instinctive versatility and ease of use with progressive freeride performance

We say

The Soul 7 has massive, easy float in deep powder. The early rise, wide tip rises up instantly and makes the ski feel easy to use. Although it has a wide platform and a big shovel it manages to achieve a real sense of playfulness and always feels eager to change direction and make adjustments through the arc. This is really felt through the end of the turn, where it’s easy to tighten the arc and control speed quickly. However 106mm underfoot does make it presence felt and it does feel a bit more ponderous from edge to edge on harder packed snow.

Tester Comments

Nicko Braxton
Plenty of float encouraging you to charge it. Performs well on the piste given it’s width, but definitely a more off piste orientated ski.
Pete Davison
A dream in deep snow the rockered tip makes them very forgiving and easy to initiate the turn
