They say

The Ski has been specifically developed to handle all types of skiing terrain. The Ski features a unique elliptic sandwich construction offering exceptional torsional stiffness, as well as a true, full-length wood core for unmatched flex.

We say

The Ski has been with us for many years and has previously won many tests in this category, it’s a great marker to see how other brands have faired against it. One of the great strengths of this ski is its ability to float through powder and cruddy conditions, it has a generous 90mm underfoot combined with a long progressive rocker through the shovel, these two areas of design make a huge impact in the backcountry where it feels super easy, stable and on your side. On the piste it carves long turns well and retains its super sensitive feel underfoot, however the width does slow it down in short turns and the tip can flap in longs, but overall its still a great ski.

Tester Comments

Mark Jones
Width works really well in deep snow. Very smooth flex, really nice for carving long turns in all conditions.
Nicko Braxton
Width gives good float in soft snow. Better for long turns on the piste.
